Kit Cutting
Our moving bed computer controlled cutting
machine has a working width of 1580mm. Capable of
cutting pre-pregs and core materials with an accuracy of 0.1mm. Linked with our advanced CAD
software we are able to unwrap any complex
model and produce highly accurate material plies for
controlled overlaps and the best
aesthetics.
Component & Mould Manufacture
Using our years of experience and accurate
kits we are able to produce moulds from carbon fibre and E-glass and
components from carbon fibre, E-glass and Kevlar with a variety of cores.
Our three autoclaves and four ovens enable us to cure many components at
one time.
CNC
Recently expanded, our CNC department can
machine finish patterns, moulds and components to a very high accuracy.
With our new 5-axis machine measuring 3600mm x 2600mm x 1200mm even large
parts can be machined to the same standards.
Lost Tool Process
Developed in-house, the lost tool process
enables us to produce complex components with a moulded inner surface
quality. It reduces the need to bond several parts together - which is
normally used as a compromise between design/manufacturing complexities and
surface finish. There are less components required using this method which
means improved turnaround time and internal fluid flow - which this process
is mostly used for. As a result lost tool process has already been utilised
by several of our existing customers.

Our CNC and Inspection departments use the
latest and precise equipment to inspect every single part, ensuring your
products are within the tolerances set and to the surface quality desired
before it leaves the factory.
