Brackley - HQ + Prototype site
We have a prototype division based in Brackley. The whole site is devoted to supporting customers either design their carbon fibre solutions to make practical, cost-effective repeatable parts or develop new, innovative, complex parts. Here we help design, manufacture tooling, manage prototyping and roll out limited volume structural or visual parts.
Wellingborough - Production site
Our second site is a purpose-built state-of-the-art industry leading volume composite production facility in Wellingborough. The focus of this site is the efficient, quality production of medium to high volume parts in the context of supercars. We have invested in training, production process control, and lean manufacturing techniques to ensure repeatable quality parts are produced even though composite fabrication is a highly manual process. The people, production layout, process adherence and all facilities are focused on delivering repeatable parts in volume with consistent right first time quality to meet customer expectations.
We are focused on delivering parts of the highest quality for the most demanding customers. We do this by offering an end-to-end service from design consultancy right through to a final component ready to bolt to the car.
As components progress through design, production and delivery, you will have direct point-of-contact with one of our Project Managers who will see the project through from start to finish in a professional and personable manner.
We employ highly skilled and dedicated experts in the field of carbon composite manufacture, which work closely with our engineering & design teams.
Innovation & Design
With 6 Catia V5 and 3 Autodesk PowerShape seats and extensive design-for-manufacturing knowledge, we can work with you to ensure the component design meets your needs for both quality and cost, while reducing the risks involved with hand-made processes. We have the ability to design tooling, fixtures and jigs to support each component from start to finish.

Our component manufacturing facilities are second-to-none. From digital kit cutting, pre-pregnated laminating, curing, hand or CNC trimming to lacquering and 3D inspection, we produce aesthetic and structural components with quality at every step.
We have 2 state of the art paint booths at Wellingborough, allowing us to supply parts to a high-build/clear primer finish ready to join your paint line, or a gloss or satin lacquer finish ready to bolt to the car.
We have 3D probing and scanning capabilities which allow us to fully verify patterns, moulds and components as required to defined datum structures. Inspection reports can be produced as required.
